There are over 50 varieties of  Drosera capensis Sundews in Western Australia

I   do not now the su species for this plant.

Drosera capensis Sundews are carnivorous plants that utilise sticky drops of mucilage to trap and asphyxiate insects. Enzymes are then released to break down and absorb the prey. 

This is most of a “top of the leaf trap”
